8. Make Small Changes
Make small changes consistently until they are habit and you no longer have to think about it, and then make another change. There’s no need to completely change your lifestyle all at once. You’ll be much more likely to stick with your new healthy lifestyle if you make small changes. Try changing one thing at a time. You might choose to add an extra piece of fruit daily or a side salad to your evening meal.
Perhaps have a glass of water with every meal…. It must be a SMALL change that isn’t that hard to fit into your normal routine.
