Day 2 – New Year New You!


You’ve decided on your resolutions, if you’re wise you’ll tell everyone what they are – the support of close friends and family might keep you on track when things get tricky.


If you haven’t already done it you should clear all left over treats and carb laden junk food from your fridge and store cupboards.

If you limit starchy carbs on day 3 or 4 you can feel dreadful, and your whole body tries to lead back to sugars again. This is because it’s hard to swap from carbs to stored fat for energy. You go through a day with almost flu like symptoms – when if you have sugary foods nearby you will eat them!
So, get rid of them now and we’ll start changing your food intake tomorrow.
