When it comes to fat loss nutrition, there are only five important things you need to think about.
Don’t be put off by confusing advice, expensive meal replacement schemes or slimming clubs that keep you dependent on them. You need to learn how to control your own diet, gradually lose body fat and keep it off for good! No more rebound weight gain. EVER!

In today’s post lets look at protein.
2nd – to support muscle tissue, gradually INCREASE protein.
Begin to eat more lean meat, chicken, fish, or whatever lean vegetarian source you choose. These foods speed your metabolism, you feel full, and provide important amino acids.
You need to eat more protein so you lose body fat and not your precious lean muscles. Hopefully you’ll decide to add some Smart exercise to your weekly schedule too.
Choose lean protein sources like fish, shell fish, chicken, turkey, game also free range beef, lamb and pork. Cut right down on beans and pulses (legumes).

Did you know that your favorite spices have fibre in them? While not packed with the same amount of fibre as veggies or other foods, spices still add fibre to your food without the addition of very many extra calories.


Spices like cinnamon, oregano, basil, garlic, and onion all have fibre. Always get the whole food variety over the powder whenever possible.
