About Me

face_shots_002Hi and Welcome to my blog.

I have pages you can visit to find out about the services I provide to my clients.
But here I publish information and advice to answer questions from my readers and clients.

You’ll also find articles to help you on your body transformation journey.

I’ve been teaching fitness since 1983 and training other teachers since 1987. I’ve learnt a lot along the way like –  how easy it is to waste hours in the gym for no results. – how some trainers just don’t understand what women need. – that  any woman can control her weight, energy and cravings with science based guidance, effective exercise and an experienced, educated and interested coach! That’s me, by the way!

I recently celebrated my 60th birthday – I don’t feel or apparently look my age. I want to help you look and  feel great for your age too! Get in touch if you’re local I’d love to meet you and start working together.

Comments, Questions and Requests are always welcome……

Enjoy my content?  – please re-blog it, give me a mention too, please.

  1. That’s a great attitude to have! I’ve alayws told my clients and the people I’ve helped; a diet assumes there’s an end date. There cannot be an end date if you want to change for the rest of your life. Keep up the great work!

  2. Hi Jackie!

My name is Sue, and found your blog today thru WordPress – it captured my interest! I’m from SlimKicker (a healthy living/fitness app), and was wondering if we can do a giveaway for your blog readers?

Our site basically turns people’s health/fitness goals into a level up game with challenges such as quitting soda for a week. We’re looking for new challenge ideas, so was thinking of holding a contest where your readers leave a comment on a health challenge idea, and we’ll pick our favorite challenge idea, use it on our site, and give the winner either a free digital health scale, slow cooker, or digital heart monitor.

Let me know if you’re interested by email: sue (at) slimkicker.com

PS. You can choose not to publish this comment since it’s not really a comment =)
