These sessions are multi level. I teach a blend of traditional,modern and fitness Pilates.
A gentle approach to physical fitness that will benefit everybody. Controlled and precise movements will improve your postural strength, mobility and balance your other activities.
Abdominal and back muscles learn to work together to give a strong, supportive and impressive core.
I always teach in levels so you choose the progression you feel comfortable with.
